About Me.

Hello!

My name is Nevena (pronounced Neh-vEh-nah). I’m a Chicago-based creative with 20 years of experience in bringing beauty and personal care products to life. After graduating from the Kansas City Art Institute in 2006 with a degree in Illustration, I started in editorial work but quickly found my happy place in the CPG world.

For the past 15+ years I’ve been developing skincare brands and products — over 700 of them — with a focus on speed-to-market, packaging, and brand storytelling. It’s been a fast-paced ride, and I’ve enjoyed (almost) every minute of it.

Outside of work, I love books, cats, and travel. I currently live in Chicago with my family.
